Smart Diffusers

I have a few tuna smart diffusers and would love to have them in HomeKit automations. Mainly just to turn them on and off and maybe control the coloured lights

#132 Already have plan to do this, if you can't wait, you can try using deviceOverrides config to convert it to another similar device like humidifier or dehumidifier (temporary), and this is a common way I'd like to share for the all unsupported devices :)

How can I use the deviceOverrides?

I need to now the humidifier scheme to do this?

I was able to set up the diffuser as a humidifier.
like this:
"deviceOverrides": [ { "id": "{deviceId}", "category": "jsq" } ]
I can only turn it on or off.
But I want more settings like controlling the turn on/off the led light or operation time.

These are my diffuser settings from tuya:

And these humidifier settings:

Both have switch_led but I didn't see such an option in homekit

There's still too much things to do... I will support diffusers these days, the next one.

In the meantime, I can perform automation in the tuya app that will change additional settings on the device

Nvm I did it now. Still only able to turn on/off the diffuser
