As non connected user :

https://demo.lizmap.com/mapbuilder/index.php doesn't show any mapbuilder

When connected, the same URL shows the map builder

Rights look good for "Anonymous" group :

https://demo.lizmap.com/mapbuilder/admin.php/acl-admin/groups/rights?group=__anonymous
