I tried to load your strict clock xml into beauti (v.2.7.1 and 2.7.7) to get an impression of the base line for the FLC xml without any luck:
Is it just incompatible with beauti, or am I missing something here?
I am struggling to get an overview of what changes I have to implement in my xml to go from strict clock to FLC. Would it in any way be possible for you to give an (conceptual?) overview of the changes that are being done between the two example xmls?
I try to compare them side by side, but I am unfortunately not super experienced in xml editing find it difficult to assess what to change in my own xml when the setup in beauti for the strict clock is not completely clear to me.
If it one day becomes possible for you to make a script for converting or implementing your package in Beauti, it would be greatly appreciated - although I know you probably have a lot more important/exciting things to do ;)
Anyways, I hope to hear from you - I would really like to try your FLC on my data if it became slightly more accessible :)
Best wishes from Amanda
