Sniping not very efficient. version 1.10 #464

Hi team,

I experience the problem, after the connection issues fixed a few days ago, this issues might keep repeating to me.

Sniping not include Lapras. (did the coordinates changed?)
The sniping skills not very effective compare to version 1.8. let says in 1.8 version, it will snipe about 200%. but version 1.10, its goes down to 80% sniping.

I wonder whether this is server problem or Ninantic has changed the monster coordinates.
Hope you guys can help
