It would be rather easy to bootstrap OS images by downloading them from nspawn.org or using machinectl pull-tar
One can already manually download a tarball from, say, https://hub.nspawn.org/storage/centos/7/tar/ and Moncic-CI will notice the .tar.xz file and unpack it instead of the normal bootstrap operation.
One can also use https://github.com/nspawn/nspawn/ , or implement something along those lines, to do verification of the downloaded image via GPG.
