Image defintion can be shared with https://github.com/Truelite/nspawn-runner/ which uses yaml playbooks with extra metadata, and has a run_playbook method/hack to convince Ansible to work on systemd-nspawn machines.

With this, Moncic-CI can also be used as a convenient provisioning/maintenance tool for /var/lib/machines used for other purposes
