[Feature Request] Exception Process Setting Function

Please set the process exception so that it is not used in a game that shares hotkey.
In addition, I would like to have the ability to select an open window and enter the same value when changing the window size. (Like Windows Spy ...)
I use it well to replace the Sizer.
