Hi! I was wondering what type of input needs to be specified as specimen_status in the cluster analysis wdl. Thanks!

It takes a CSV with 1st column being sampleID, and 2nd Pass/Fail. Example below.

sample_id,assembly_status
Sample1,Pass
Sample2,Fail
Sample3,Pass
