Mobile app boilerplate for unit/materials

When a user or a community has created a good set of learning materials, they might want to make a mobile app from them, to place it in Google Play or Apple AppStore. We will provide a boilerplate app for them, in React-Native for example. They'll download their materials like texts and files, put them to src/content folder in boilerplate, and they have an application!
It's especially useful for small languages, who haven't a wide range of learning materials.
