Registry URLs should be http://localhost:8080/api

For example, in https://github.com/Apicurio/apicurio-registry-demo/blob/master/pom.xml and https://github.com/Apicurio/apicurio-registry-demo/blob/master/README.md:

http://localhost:8080 should be http://localhost:8080/api

And I guess also in various places in the demo client code?
