Long sections should be collapsable

Apparently, this is a markdown thing that you can do, according to this gist. I'm thinking it would be useful for the long-ass VDP section on cve.html, and future vulnerability reports, but might be useful in other places where we get a little wordy.

So that didn't work. When you use the <detail> and <summary> tags, Jekyll gets confused and doesn't render the embedded markdown. Notice:
