Item frames breaking on work load and items duplicating

I downloaded my hypixel skyblock island, but when I join the world, I instantly get a slideshow and see that all item frames broke and anything in them was dropped and duplicated maybe 20 times. Also, I was downloading the skyblock hub, and for some reason it said it downloaded over 30,000 entities. Could it be downloading duplicates of entities without checking if they were already downloaded? It would also be really nice to have a menu to select which entities you want to have excluded from the download.
