Previously to install the AADSSHLoginForLinux VM extension we referenced the child module compute/virtual-machine/extension. This doesn't appear to be available in the public registry.
This FAQ talks to child modules not being accessible directly which I assume is an analogous situation to the above?
What does "deploy it through its parent" mean in this instance?
