3.5 DnD Domain Spells

It is not adding, or correctly marking, Domain Spells on my Cleric.
The character sheet print off shows the Domains and their granted abilities, but not the spells.
I have Knowledge and Spell Domains, Silence is already a Cleric Spell(but there is not * like the bottom of the page says there should be). Mage Armor, Detect Secret Doors, and Detect Thoughts are not showing at all.

This is not an issue I can address. This is a PCGen core team issue where the domains are not appearing in the GUI to allow for a selection of the domain spell, and the reason why none show up.
