2024 5e Ruleset Overhaul

Hello,

I have begun working on implementing the 2024 Player's Handbook starting from a copy of the 2014 5e content. I am keeping both rulesets separate so they are both able to be used, although they will need to be exclusive of one another. Is anyone else working on this? I would hate to be duplicating effort. This is going to be a very large undertaking from what I can see in my early progress.

I would like to create a Work In Progress branch that captures my work and issue pull requests here if possible. Hopefully other contributors would also work in the same space.

Before anyone gets their hopes up, I have just started this and it is not even remotely usable at this time. I'm merely hoping to get help doing this since it is so much work.

Anyway, do you have feedback or other input @BahamutDragon? Or even, is this not a good idea?

@BahamutDragon I'd like to create a draft pull request with my changes for review and contribution from others. Could you create a new branch for me to create that PR for? I'd rather not use the master branch yet. My local branch is called 5e-2024 but I can change it to something you think is more appropriate if you like.
