I load these checkBox on collectionView. How Can I select the lastOne and the Others turn Off.
just the last checkBox still on.

Hi, Possibly that issue is related to Collectionview reloading Checkbox instances. Please check prepareforuse, check https://stackoverflow.com/a/43201850.

Inside prepareforreuse you can set checkbox state according to your conditions.
