This is a request for two enhancements to the compilation mode for TIMS data:
It would be nice if it was possible to select multiple xml files at a time when compiling a super-sample file. Right now, if I go to sample>new compilation of aliquots into a super-sample, the only option is to import a single local aliquot (an option to import an aliquot folder is grayed out). In the subsequent window, it is only possible to select one aliquot at a time. To add additional aliquots, it is then necessary to go to sample>manage sample and add additional aliquots one by one. This is time consuming when dealing with a large number of samples.
It would be nice to be able to delete aliquots from a super-sample. I have not found a way to do this. I frequently find that I need to edit one aliquot in a large super-sample file. Without a way to just delete that aliquot and then re-import it, I currently have to re-build the entire super-sample file.
Thanks.
