Build a "View/Edit Work Order" page

This page should have the ability to view/edit a given work order. Things that can be edited include the status of the order (Pending, In Progress, Complete), the status of individual items (Pending, Need Purchase, Acquired, Delivered), and the notes. For simplicity, the person linked to a work order does not need to be edited, but you should be able to see the user.
