As initially installing Dotly in my Termux host environment on Android, broke my Termux and shell environment, as the newly installed Dotly .zshrc file replaced and archived my .zshrc, and overwrote the Path environment variable, amongst other things, I deleted it. Which I now regret, as I need the code and logic in the configuration file, to be integrated into my personal pre-Dotly .zshrc, to ensure that the localised Dotly framework, works as designed in my Zsh shell.
I have copied across my original .zshrc and .bashrc, to the appropriate places in the Dotly file scheme. Now, I need to integrate the salient code and logic, from the Dotly .zshrc and .bashrc, to my pre-Dotly .zshrc and .bashrc.
As I deleted the Dotly .zshrc, I tried to locate it in the GitHub Dotly repository, but all I could find was this:
https://github.com/CodelyTV/dotly/blob/main/dotfiles_template/shell/zsh/.zshrc
By memory, this Dotly .zshrc, doesn't look the same as the Dotly .zshrc I deleted in my local Dotly install.
Is this a true copy of the Dotly .zshrc file I deleted in my local Dotly install?
Zsh is my daily driver in Termux, so I feel it best to focus on that, prior to Bash. What are the important Dotly code snippets and logic, that need to integrate into my pre-Dotly .zshrc, from the Dotly .zshrc, so Dotly works as designed?
I would really appreciate some guidance.
