Document supported notation features across file formats

Currently it is not clear what notation elements alphaTab supports. In this documentation item we should try to create a list of features which the different file formats support, and what alphaTab supports.

This will likely in a table format listing out the features in rows and file formats in columns. The first column will be a marker if alphaTab supports it.
