In replacing File:A.jpg with File:B.jpg today, on WP:DE, the original file was shown as Datei:A.jpg rather than File:A.jpg and the script left Datei:File:B.jpg as the result. See https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=166323438. (Reported by user Jameslwoodward on Commons)

High probably it was a typing mistake (as we can see on User:Jameslwoodward/GlobalReplaceLog/2017/6). Anyway this tool need a file exist (and probably a double namespace trim) check.
