On this ticket:

We should develop a system to turn the wheel.
Part of the #36 Epic

Work:

Probably one stepper motor, motor controller, and RPI3 to control everything.

Spec and purchase a motor, motor controller, and battery
Design a wheel gearing thing
Use plywood to develop better axle to motor thing
Get it to spin with wheel gearing
