In the GTA SAMP 0.3.7 R3 OF PC PERFECT 10-10 -> Version 4.2

Android no dectect the plugin or microphone.

En gta de pc me va perfectamente, pero en en android me presenta problematicas, no carga el plugin me genera error.

Because the version of sampvoice that comes with samp mobile is lower than 4.2. The developer of samp mobile needs to update it for it to work properly!
