geoknife to be archived on CRAN

Given that the primary service dependency of geoknife is reaching end of life and issues such as #435 keep cropping up without resources to resolve the issue, I am going to let geoknife be archived by CRAN for now.

In the long run, geoknife will no longer have the problematic service dependency, but that is not available at this time. I see geoknife being revamped and returning to CRAN in the future but it is not tenable at this time.
