invalid sub-command

I'm getting invalid sub command errors when typing the following commands:

/plot set pvp allow/deny
/plot set mob-spawning allow/deny
/plot set explode allow/deny
/kingdomsadmin add/bonus 1 [townname]

I have the latest builds of deityapi, deityprotect, and kingdoms 2, as well as a dev build of bukkit for 1.3.2, although these errors also occured on the recommended bukkit build for 1.3.1 as well.

As I find more errors, I will add them to this ticket.
