Void Stuff Filter raw ores bug

When trying to void raw copper ('cause you get a lot of it) using the void junk upgrade, I ended up getting the copper anyway. It's almost like it looks at the block being lasered up and not seeing the block version in the filter, so it skips it. Dragging from JEI doesn't work either (may be a bug?)

Reproduction:

• Apply void junk upgrade to mining gadget
• configure filter for raw copper
• change filter type to blacklist
• find copper
• mine copper
• ...get copper

Expected behaviour:

• Void copper

Might be applicable to more than copper :D
