Diversitechy is a group of developers, people operations, marketers, technical writers, and diversity enthusiasts from the Victoria tech community. This group evolved from discussions in the YYJ Tech Slack group about diversity and what we can do to improve inclusion and accessibility in tech. We are gaining momentum with Diversitechy by making space for conversations around diversity within the Victoria tech scene.
