Links are working, but displayed in full. We should use a title from the master index.

Fixing this would mean that we have to either change the source file before it is written to the _sources folder, or download all the index files mentioned in the master index file and parse them to retrieve the title. This is a bit of a hassle.
Currently, the workaround is to use explicit titles in the toctree for the main project.
