Issues

• What mask is used for Europe? it does not seem to be any standard definition EOBS has reduced spatial coverage in Europe in 2022
• Annual mean anomaly of 2021 is negative for EOBS in contrast to original figure where 2021 is positive
• EOBS: annual cycle of daily climatologies exhibits jumps ? error in preprocessing created a wrong datetime coordinate which led to the computation of wrong quantiles;
• EOBS: annual cycle of daily climatologies; smoothing required, what is the time window used for moving quantile?
