Bug or feature?: Nested paragraphs are found

Nested paragraphs are sometimes detected, allthough this should be prohibited by the paragraph detection algorithm. In Jarvis this does not cause interaction problems - but might cause confusion for users. See screenshot for an example. This might actually be a "bug or feature" in the c4 module.

Jarvis is not using the latest version of the C4 module, but an adaptation of an earlier version of the paragraph detection. In the current C4 version, the bug should not be present.
