[SearchResultList] display abstract of text results (if available) #15

If an abstract is available for text results, it should be displayed. Therefore, the result tile might enlarge (twice as high as normal text results). Also, title and abstract should be easily distinguishable, maybe the title might be displayed with bold font or different colors / opacity might be used for title and abstract.
This could also apply to other result types, if a description is available.
This issue relates to #16

Just to be sure: Is a text abstract the same as text description? Some random samples only provided text descriptions and no abstracts.
