Spinning Round in Circles Trying to Understand the Docs

HI GUys
I am spinning round in circles trying to understand the Docs i know its probably me.

I have Centre Button Play / Pause working also the channels back forward work.
But the volume do not either of them i thought they were mapped if i used the hook BP?
