Potential TypeScript migration?

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding work you all have done in maintaining the project. The project is well-structured and follows best practices, making it easy to contribute to and use.

I have been following the project for some time now, and I do think that migrating to TypeScript would bring numerous benefits. TypeScript offers better code intelligence and editor support, which can help developers write more efficient and error-free code.

I would like to propose potentially migrating to TypeScript, and I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think this is a good idea? If so, what would be the best way to approach this migration? If not, what are your concerns, and how can we address them? Is this something already on the roadmap?
I would also like to help with this migration. I want to work with other contributors to ensure a smooth transition. Please let me know how I can be of assistance.
