[FEATURE] Add loader in the Search page when user search for user

Is your feature request related to a problem/unavailable functionality? Please describe.

At present if we search for any user in the search page then it takes around 2 seconds for the search results to appear. During this time we can show a loading spinner to indicate that we are fetching data and user will also be able to understand that data is being fetched.

Proposed Solution

In the search users page we can add a loading spinner to indicate that we are fetching data. It will improve UX for this application.

Thank you for the suggestion. When we redesign and move to the latest version of NextJS it will have these features built in, so I will close this for now.
