Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Observed behaviour

See #578

Expected behaviour

this rendering issue to not occur

Steps to reproduce

Install Acadamycraft
run
place lectern and bookshelf along with one spellbook
open lectern UI and select preview
click the "location" pin next to the grid button
see outline render acting very strange

Crashlog

No response

Environment (Singleplayer/Server, etc.)

Singleplayer

Mod version

4.3.11

Minecraft version

1.12.2

Forge version

1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2859

Other mods

Acadamycraft primarily (hopefully is the primary cause)

I would like to note that any mods that might do what acadamycraft did for its rendering effects might also cause this issue in particular to appear

In addition. I have made a discovery; something that one mod does "particle culling" seems to fix this behavior
