does Etar behave differently on different device classes?
On my tablet (Android 10) Etar shows "controls" in day and week view.
On my phone (Android 13) I don't have the option "hide controls" and there's no right-column showing a month overview above the (multi-)calender selection.
Furthermore, on the phone I'm missing the "primary color" selector on the settings screen (yes, the option is simply missing).
Unfortunately with Android 13 the ultimately ugly monochrome-fashion was decided to be enforced for all users.
I hate the decision itself and the way the monochrome theme is "offered" - without alternative to for users :-(
For the icons, there's the SVG based change which might be an acceptable reason for (intermediate) monochrome icons. But any text is monochrome as well, any seperator, any box - no color anymore, which looks very ugly to me. And this applies to Etar too. Etar is monochrome on my phone, while colorful (and a color I'm able to chose) on my tablet.
Both are running 1.0.34 F-froid build.
Detail of the phone: It's a Pixel 7 with GrapheneOS and as far as I know GOS just inherited the upstrem change of monochorme theme (can't emphasize how much I would like my AMOLED to show colors, despite maybe staying with a dark theme due to AMOLED (power consumption savings)).
Besides the color, I ultimately want that calendar selector and month column in my week view on my phone too.
I understand in no way why I see this difference in Etar - neither programmatically not why the decision isn't left to the user.
