Move Event to Another Calendar

In everyday family life, it often happens that an event concerning the children, for which I am responsible (e.g., bringing the kids somewhere), needs to be transferred to my wife.

For this reason, I have a strong need to be able to transfer an event from my calendar to my wife’s calendar, even if the event is part of a recurring series.

Ideally, this should be possible directly: When editing the event, I should be prompted to choose whether to edit the entire series or just this specific event. After that, I should have the option to choose another calendar where it can be saved.

Perhaps my english I was not understandable: Moving a single instance of a recurring event to another calendar - this doesn't work. The drop down menu is greyed out.

This is my need, this would be great!
