这个页面介绍办理F1签证的步骤和注意事项，希望能帮助到你。

我于2016年4月20日到成都美领馆面签。 于2016年4月23日拿到F1签证和护照。

1、从学校获取I-20表格

a. 发送财产证明到[email protected]，注意贴上你的USC ID，学校对冻结没有要求. 如果是父母的财产证明需要一张关系证明，参见 附录a. 修改成你的信息，打印出来，让父/母签字。扫描一并发送。

b. 登陆you.usc.edu填写intend form，完了就可以等待DHL送来I-20了，大部分人不会收到任何邮件告诉DHL track id

2、拍摄电子照片：照片要求。填写DS-160的第一步需要。

3、在线填写留学签证申请DS-160表格传送门

DS-160大部分信息都可以在i20和护照上找到。USC 电话可以用这个：Tel. 213-740-1111

每一页填写完了都需要save，不然很可能得从头开始

护照的book number 可以在第一页的侧面找到

additional contacts 可以填写为你写推荐信的联系人

4、在线使用美元国际信用卡缴纳SEVIS I-901费用传送门

5、在美国大使馆网站预约面谈传送门

6、使用任意银行借记卡在中信在线支付（需要注册）， (也可以到中信银行ATM机使用国内任意银行的银联借记卡缴纳签证申请费用)

7、准备材料：

  • 护照(这个是要留给签证官的)【必带】
  • 身份证【必带】
  • I-20【必带】
  • DS-160确认表格（不需要表格内容）【必带】
  • SEVIS I-901收据【必带】
  • Study Plan/Research Plan(大使馆官方模版点这里：下载)，另外提供一个example,附录b,【必带】
  • CV(用你申请时候的CV就行，官方模版点这里：下载
  • 银行存款财产证明（同样大使馆对冻结没有要求。而且这个大使馆90%都不会看）
  • 成绩单
  • 学位证原件（有则带）
  • 打印的电子邮件录取通知(在you.usc.edu里面下载PDF)
  • 房产证，机动车证

8、到大使馆面签。

面签不用紧张。其实在你提交DS160的时候你的结果就注定了。到大使馆只是走一下流程。只需要提供信息给签证官你是过去读书的，没有可能用F1签证去干其他的事情。一般签证官不会关心你毕业的去向。你也不需要特意地告诉签证官你毕业一定会回国，这样有点此地无银三百两。 一些问题的example参看附录c

Computer Science is all about technologies and skills that build software system and applications. Computer Security track spends relatively more efforts on learning how to build high available and robust software system.
