[Feat] Reset toggle to use app default

On an instance settings page have a toggle per setting or globale to use the apps defaults settings

1bc7dcf was for jvm args not all settings :)

what i would like is if i update the default ram in the main settings i can go to a packs settings and press a button globaly or per option that says restore to App Defaults
