Windows is not liking gimap ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #48

Issue Description

It always seems to have a problem with wgetting data. Or curling, or any way we download the data and I'm not sure why.

I've encountered similar problems before with windows: jhudsl/ottrpal#49 and still haven't found a good solution.
