Make n_genes_expressed calculation optional (maybe all of depmap data optional?) #59

Issue Description

Turns out n_genes_expressed is used in plots but not calculations. So we could make gene expression optional

DepMap data is only for certain cell lines so if someone is not using of the cell lines
