Make debug_mode an Enum

In main.rs the build function takes a debug mode. I feel using an enum would be better here because then you only have limited options instead of anything with a string.

We're reading it from argv, so it can be any string. We could convert it to an enum somewhere, but I'm not sure it would provide that much value
