Hi mkdocs-rss-plugin developers,

I have some questions to ask about implementing rss plugins for a static website built with mkdocs.

Question 1:
I am trying to integrate newsletter with a rss option into the website, and I came across your package on pypi that helps to make this implementation possible. I have installed your package into local environment, but when I ran mkdocs serve, it spits out this error for me:

ImportError: cannot import name 'get_plugin_logger' from 'mkdocs.plugins'

The error is coming from ..\lib\site-packages\mkdocs\plugins.py

Have I missed any dependencies to start using this plugins that you have created?

Question 2:

I still didn't quite get the picture of how to integrate rss feeds into the website. I have read the documentation as well as checked the official Github repository. I understood that to create rss feed, one would typically need to create some contents and then add the contents to a .xml file, somehow upload this .xml file into the website, which the users at the end could subscribe using a rss reader. With this plugin, I am not sure where this .xml file should be placed on the project repository. If no .xml file is required for creating rss feed, then how does this plugin create the correct feed for a specific page in the static website? Would you be able to help me understanding this process?
