mappings/chapterdata.csv contains two Structure ADT_A01 rows

https://github.com/HL7/v2-to-fhir/blob/master/mappings/chapterdata.csv#L803 seems to be incorrect. Line https://github.com/HL7/v2-to-fhir/blob/master/mappings/chapterdata.csv#L816 is the correct ID for the "Cancel Discharge / End Visit" Name and What.

816:Structure,ADT/ACK,Admit/Visit Notification,ADT_A01,,,,,

Also can the white space be removed after ID in the header?

Hi Hans, hope this helps describe the issue better. Please remove the stray / duplicate "ADT_A01" as the codes in the file should be distinct:

@keithboone : any idea why the source of this file has ADT_01 referenced for both Admit/Visit Notification and Cancel Discharge/End Visit (where the latter is already there)? Not sure where you generate this from.
