Update diagram with draw.io

Changes needed:

  1. APC pipeline is deployed in production, change the colour
  2. Digia Iiris monitoring is replaced with Azure monitoring., so replace Digia Iiris monitoring texts with Azure morintoring in info texts
  3. Update monitored micro services, check monitored services from Azure
  4. Update GTFS-RT URL's, api.digitransit..fi is no longer in use.. See the correct URS's from https://hsldevcom.github.io/gtfs_rt/
  5. Update reittiopas.fi URL to reittiopas.hsl.fi
  6. Add Suomenlinna Ferry monitoring
