All servers log GET requests, but almost none POST ones. So using POST to send commands seems a good way to go.
Of course, the access to the shell will surely be logged anyway, but at least there'll be no disclosure of activities (besides metadata suchs as timestamps, access count, etc). Since one has RCE, deleting logs is also possible.
Ideal for Red Teams an Pentesters, I believe.
