Difference between Handlebars.CreateSharedEnvironment() and Handlebars.Create()?

There are two (static) methods on Handlebars that both return an instance of IHandlebars, but it's not obvious why someone would want to use one over the other. If I want to share an environment (i.e. helper registrations, etc) between several templates, which should I use?
