Adapted from Alton Brown's Overnight Coconut Oats
Makes enough for about a week, portion size is about 2/3 cup museli for 225g whole milk
- 540g old-fashion rolled oats (recipe also works with steal cut oats for more calories and chew)
- 100g dried fruit (cranberries, raisens, apple, dates ...)
- 100g of nuts (pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds)
- 27g of chia seeds
- 45g flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Place 2/3 cup of museli in bowl with 225g of milkin a bowl
- Let it sit overnight in the fridge
