Museli

Adapted from Alton Brown's Overnight Coconut Oats

Makes enough for about a week, portion size is about 2/3 cup museli for 225g whole milk

Ingredients

  • 540g old-fashion rolled oats (recipe also works with steal cut oats for more calories and chew)
  • 100g dried fruit (cranberries, raisens, apple, dates ...)
  • 100g of nuts (pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds)
  • 27g of chia seeds
  • 45g flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place 2/3 cup of museli in bowl with 225g of milkin a bowl
  2. Let it sit overnight in the fridge
