IHE PCD TF references are to the 2019 version - consider replacing with 2024 version

The 2024 version of the IHE PCD TF has recently been published, incorporating many Change Proposals (CPs) since December 2019. Is it safe to replace all references in SDPi to the current (2024) IHE PCD TF version? - NOTE that references heavily used in Appendix 2:B -

Are the gateway references general or to specific sections? If they are specific, then (a) did the section numbers change? (b) did the content in the referenced sections changed so that they have to be reverified?

Many references are general but some are specific to TF requirements that MIGHT have changed (e.g. first note in 2:B.2.1, or text in 2:B.4.4.5). After a quick assessment I understand that NO / VERY FEW TF requirements will have changed with impact on SDPi text but it would be safer if @PeterKranich had a quick look.
