Add hospital Medication example

Add hospital Medication example that would allow interesting dosage.
Add contrasts, etc for lab and imaging.

Some examples from the French Medication IG (WIP) based on hospital use cases

• 4g/20mn perfusion every 6 hours
• decreasing dose
• in case of pain with max per administration and max per day
• calculated dose

Those are some examples that seem to fit the "interesting dosage" description.
But in the IG all the examples have been drafted with hospital context in mind.
